Since I'm 51 I loved reading about an older couple! Thank you Ms Ancelli for writing about an older couple. Zara and Samuel and their girls kept me entertain from page one! I loved how Ms, Ancelli wove the past with the present. The characters were lovable and believable. Since I've been with my own love since I was 18 and we are still going strong, this book holds a special place in my heart! Another amazing read, as usual Ms Ancelli! Bravo!!!Product details

Sam and Zara are a married couple that met in junior high. Their marriage has endured time. However, today is a special day for the two. Their daughters have planned an extravagant time for them. Sam is very aware of what today is for them. Zara has achieved much in their time together and has become a workaholic. Will she forget what today is? Will she lose the one man she knew was for her?
Great sexy read of love and overcoming.
Ancelli is a favorite author of mine and she does not disappoint in this novella.
I love anything Ancelli writes. She never disappoints. I wish this could have been a much slower paced read. I would've loved to see Sam and Zara's relationship delved deeper into during their younger years. I'm sure that would've been hilarious, yet special, because we would've experienced the bond the two developed within that time frame. We could've received a glance into being a newly married woman, with children and a husband that is a Naval officer and gone long periods of time and how Zara was able to make due of her situation. The book was a good read, just too fast paced.
Zara and Samuel are an amazing couple. This was a short but sweet love story. They lived up to their vows and then some. Ancelli is one of my all time favorite IR writers and I'm never disappointed with any of her work. I love the realism that she weaves into her stories. Thank You for a wonderfully written story. Please, keep up the amazing job.
Finally a story about being over 40 and in love. Sam and Zara have been married for 25 years and are still in love. Zara has gotten lost in her work and somehow manages to forget their anniversary. Her daughter reminds her and she is devastated.
Sam is hurt that his beloved wife has forgotten their anniversary. When their daughters plan a big surprise, he reluctantly goes along with the plan.
There is no doubt that Sam and Zara love each other but they have gotten distracted and sidetracked. Grab your copy and see what happens to bet then back on track. A few minor errors but they did not take away from the story. I love the way Ancelli paid homage to her first book and hints at an upcoming book.

From friends to becoming a couple they made it work to achieve everything they wanted despite being young. They stay the course and kept their marriage alive . Wish this story was longer but the end had a great surprise . Thank you for this delightful, witty, joyful, and loving novel . Kudos Ms Ancelli

Its so easy for real life to get in the way of romance....This novella shows you that if you keep the love alive, you'll always be blessed. And what a blessing Sam and Zara received in the end ;)
This is a story of a over 40 couple who've been married for 25 years. What happens when the wife forgets that 25th anniversary? Madness, a little confusion....and of course forgiveness finally ensues. Loved how this story portrays how lasting love is possible even after many years together.
